- Terror Zone messages stay up until 15 minutes after their zone ends.
The alert posted as a zone starts used to be deleted the moment the zone
rotated out, and a 5 to 20 minute warning was deleted as its zone
started, just when it was most useful. Both now stay through the zone
and go 15 minutes after it ends. Messages already up when this version
starts keep the delete time they were given.
Fixed
- Terror Zones rotate every 30 minutes, not every hour. The bot's own
rotation length said an hour. It was only used when the API gave no next
rotation time, and then an alert could stay up 30 minutes too long. The
warnings' new delete time is worked out from it, so it's corrected now.
